Major Instant Palappam mix , an easy way to prepare Palappam/ Vellayappam, a bowl-shaped thin pan cake.This product enables you to prepare soft lacy Palappam in an hour ensurinig the traditional taste and flavour.

Add 4 tsp sugar and a pinch of salt in a Major Palappam Podi. Add 3 glass (600ml) of water in the Rava packed in this packet and boil it till it becomes pulpy and keep it aside. Extract milk of 1/2 coconut by adding a glass (200ml) of water. Add the coconut milk and 2 glass (400ml) of water in the rava pulp and keep it till it becomes luke warm. Pour the above luke warm mixture into Major Palappam Podi and mix it thoroughly. After one hour you can prepare soft, tasty Major Palappam (Vellappam). This is sufficient for making 30-35 palappams.
