Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers, whether in India or overseas. 1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our customer care team with your order number to initiate cancellation.

  • After Dispatch:
    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return/refund if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Incorrect Item Delivered:
    If the item delivered does not match your order, we will arrange a return and ship the correct product at no extra cost.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference, change of mind, or late delivery caused by courier delays.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be Credited within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.

4. International Orders

  • For overseas customers (especially in the Middle East and Europe), please note that import duties, taxes, or customs clearance delays are not covered under our refund policy.

  • However, we still encourage you to contact us for any shipment-related issues, and we will do our best to resolve them promptly.
