  • International destinations, especially in the Middle East and Europe

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the time of confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic (India): 3โ€“7 business days

  • International: 7โ€“14 business days (depending on customs and carrier service in your region)

Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons, natural events, or due to courier service disruptions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

  • International Orders: Shipping charges will vary based on destination, weight, and applicable customs duties (not included in product price).

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international deliveries:

  • All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Positive Associates is not liable for any delays or charges incurred at customs clearance.


7. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you do not receive it within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
